Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. However they did focus on some things that I had not asked them to do, therefore they did not have the time to do what I had originally asked. Very pleasant people to work with and I would most likely ask them to clean again. I guess I was confused, I did not know the price per hour was "per cleaner". That was kind of a surprise at the end of the day. I would recommend them but be sure they do what is asked and not things that you do not ask them to do. That is just adding to their hourly wages is it not?"

"I had purchased an Angie's List deal to clean all my vents for $199 which was needed after finishing my basement in my new home and the heavy construction dust.  Make sure you read all the fine print though.  I ended up paying more because the cold air return ducts are not included in the deal.  They also tried to up sell me on other services such as disinfecting the air ducts which I declined.  It can get quite expensive real fast!
The technician originally was going to charge me extra for the ceiling mounted heat registers and I had to point out that they were at 8' and included in the deal price.
Otherwise the technician was polite and respectful of my home and cleaned up after himself.  I was happy with the end result.
