"Unique Perspective did an outstanding experience from start to finish. Steve helped bring our vision to life by creating the architectural plans and as-built drawings for our home, and his expertise truly made the entire process seamless. His attention to detail, professionalism, and knowledge were exceptional. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and transformed our ideas into beautifully organized, well-designed plans. We were incredibly impressed with his communication, creativity, and ability to make everything feel simple and stress-free. If you are looking for someone talented, reliable, and highly skilled in architectural planning and residential design, I cannot recommend him enough. We will absolutely work again with his company in the future ."

"Very professional. Did a great job of assembling some furniture. Definitely would use them again."

"Wish I could add pics. Incredible job by Jim and team. Communicated often and approrpiately. Set expectations and if there was a risk/issue, Jim was above table and honest. Could not have been more pleased working with a contractor. Contractors that you implicitly trust are few and far between. Project was major remodel; wall removal, paint, hardwoods, electrical, etc. ~$50k."

"Very happy with all the work that was done. Chris was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and made it even better than I was expecting. Price was right and I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend for any landscaping needs and look forward to working with them again in the future."

"Excellent work, completed quickly, would recommend Top Notch Landscaping and Concrete."
