We have requested warranty repair for a piece of our garage floor coating that has come apart. Four plus months of communication with little to no responses. Chris literally will not reply to my emails, phone calls or text. Terrible follow-on customer service. My only recourse is to take Chris to small claims court. Do not use this company!
