"We hired 614 Drywall for a rather large drywall project as part of our whole house remodel. We had ~2500 sq ft of walls & ceilings skim-coated to remove the existing texture, some new drywall hung, some corner bead and J-bead installed, and a few patches performed. First of all, I must say that the customer service was fantastic. Emilio was very communicative, polite, respectful, and empathetic. Most importantly, he was quick to address the issues that cropped up and put me at ease. He very much wanted me to be completely satisfied with the work, and there was quite a bit of work to be done. I will also share that I can sometimes be a difficult person to please. Not once did Emilio or his crew act unprofessionally or complain. For these reasons, I give them 5 stars for customer service and for 5 stars for value. So although I am not giving 5 stars across the board, please understand that I'm a perfectionist and sometimes too critical! With respect to the work quality, I give 4 stars as there were a few minor issues worth noting. This rating is partly because it was up to me to find the issues in quality and point them out for repair, which is time consuming and kept me from working on other jobs. Ideally it would be the project manager that would do that rather than the customer. There were a few tape joints that needed to be redone multiple times as the cracks kept re-appearing. It wasn't until some reinforcement and hot mud were used that the cracks stopped. There were also some areas where the skim coat was not applied or not applied thick enough to cover the old texture completely. But thankfully not in a highly visible area. We requested a 'Level 5' finish on our walls and ceilings to go for a modern look, which turned out to be very hard and time consuming to achieve in a 1960's home with existing drywall and texture. While smooth, the surfaces are not technically of 'Level 5' quality if you inspect closely with a light. In reality, my expectations should've probably been adjusted by the project manager upfront now knowing after the fact that a 'Level 5' finish is hard/impossible to do in an old home with existing drywall. Regardless, in the end I am very happy with the result and would definitely look to hire this company again in the future. If you are on the fence, know that you won't regret hiring this company!"

"Initially, when I called Bryan for an estimate, he showed up exactly when he said he would no waiting around or no-shows like some of the others I called. They did two projects for us a new construction detached garage and then our house. The house was a demo of the old siding first and then stucco. They showed up every day and worked like a well-oiled machine until the job was done to my specifications. The whole crew was excellent! Keep in mind that the stucco process is very messy but they mask everything and do a great job cleaning up afterward."

"The drywall project was completed by the agreed upon time. The company completed drywall so painting could be completed before tile was installed. However, the wall texture did not match the other texture in our space. But it was close enough because there was no time between their work and the next installation. They also repaired stucco pillars on porch. The stucco was beautiful and it is evident that stucco is their expertise. I would not use them again for drywall, but definitely would use them for stucco."

"They were fast and friendly. If you are having them do a drywall job where the walls will be textured I think they're great. I used them for walls that I wanted just flat but ready to paint and I had to go back and sand the walls and clean the floors where they left plaster splatter. They also missed a part that we had discussed them doing and had to come back. I asked them to fix the walls as well so it would be paint ready but I still had to sand. Maybe I'm a perfectionist so I still gave them 4 stars. I wouldn't use them again for that kind of job, but I would for textured walls. They were also flexible on the price with me which I really appreciated."

They were also very friendly and went the extra mile even as they adjusted the final price downward when the estimated time & materials weren't needed. If I could criticize them for anything, it's that I couldn't always depend on when they would be there to work. Nevertheless, I set a deadline by which I had to have the major work completed (a ramp and two porch platforms), and they had it done on time. It was a couple of weeks after that when they finally finished a last small bit, but they also acknowledged that they didn't expect the last payment until that was done."
