Initially, when I called Bryan for an estimate, he showed up exactly when he said he would no waiting around or no-shows like some of the others I called. They did two projects for us a new construction detached garage and then our house. The house was a demo of the old siding first and then stucco. They showed up every day and worked like a well-oiled machine until the job was done to my specifications. The whole crew was excellent! Keep in mind that the stucco process is very messy but they mask everything and do a great job cleaning up afterward.

Excellent communication and very flexible. Did a great job in a timely manner. Since it was stucco only time will tell in Wyoming weather. But, Bryan is a man of his word and really knows his product and how to make your home look brand new.

I learned through research that the system they use is the way it should be done. Not foam with a layer of stucco, but a base coat over wire and a crack isolation membrane and then a second color coat. Woodpeckers won't bother this stucco! I am confident this stucco will outlive me. They do beautiful work, all exposed areas were covered, including fascia and soffits. No shortcuts, very impressive to watch them work.. I suspect an appraisal would inform me that the value of my home has increased by considerably more that the cost of installation. NO LONGER Happy to refer Bryan to friends and family! The contract I had with Bryan was for a total of $15,000. But, that total included pouring for me a stamped concrete patio. When he got the stucco done, he asked me to pay, and charged me $13,200. He said the cost of pouring the patio was $1,800. Now, I cannot get him to return my calls, nor will he respond to text messages. That's because the actual cost of pouring my size patio is a minimum of $3,100. There is not enough profit for Bryan to do it for $1,800. In other words, he overcharged me for the work he did by at least $1,000, and now is not honoring the contract I had with him. I cannot recommend doing business with Bryan, AKA A1 Stucco and Stone, LLC.
