"I signed up 3 years ago to the Swan Club, which includes yearly inspections of our furnace, ac, and plumbing. Mark recently inspected our air conditioning system. After purchasing an HVAC system from Swan, we joined the Swan Club, which includes yearly inspections. Yesterday our service technician was Mark. "Nick our installer arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He worked fast and carted off the dead water heater and installed the new one. He showed us how to start the pilot light in case we needed to do it in the future. He made sure to take all the trash with him. I had called the day before to get an estimate and they were able to schedule us in right away. This company had the better price and warranty from the others I asked for prices. Abbey from the office was also very friendly and quick to send me a written estimate. There were no hidden fees and I paid exactly what they said it would be. Nick's friendliness and professionalism was icing on the cake."
