"Kim and Colorado Duct Cleaning were amazing! Kim was very punctual, professional, and friendly. He was very thorough in explaining what he was going to be doing, how long it would take, and any concerns that he might have with our house. While we had had our ducts cleaned five years earlier, Kim showed us how the other company had missed half the house and that there were ducts that he suspected hadn't been cleaned in 30 years. Most impressively, Kim noticed that a duct was open that should have been closed and we were blowing air into our crawl space, spending money to heat and cool a completely unused space and taking air pressure away from the rest of the house. He was able to close the duct for us and make our heating/cooling system much more efficient. Before leaving, he cleaned very thoroughly and explained what we should do to best maintain our newly clean ducts. My husband I felt it was money well spent.
