Joannaâ s team did a superb job landscaping my house. I had water entering my basement and she and her team fixed all of my downspouts, sloped the whole yard, added decorative stone as well as blew out my sprinkler system. They did it all in two days within my small availability since the property is an Air BnB. Super flexible and meticulous work. Iâ ll be having her install a sprinkler system and lay sod on another property in the spring. If you want high quality work done at a fair price I highly recommend them.

Review of “Of The Tower Landscape Services” My wife and I recently had “Of The Tower Landscape Services” come out and refresh our front yard landscape design, and we were impressed with the work the company did. “Of The Tower” is owned and operated by Joanna de la Torre and has been in business for over four years. She has a crew of three men working with her, all of whom are extremely hard workers who know how to pace themselves in the sweltering Colorado heat. Joanna came out a few months back, we discussed the overall plan and she provided a free estimate. She was very receptive to our input and had some great ideas for beautification of the property. After a couple of revisions and the approval of our HOA, we were set to proceed. Joanna and her crew arrived a little after 9:00AM on July 30th for the first day of the project, and were able to complete work in only six business days. They tore up sod and removed some creeping junipers and another tree at the corner of the house. I have included sequential photos showing their progress after all six days, and the pictures say a thousand words. During the project, the crew addressed a couple of drainage issues, moved sprinkler heads around to accommodate the new design and installed a new valve for the irrigation system for the plant beds. The crew did not work the weekend, which was not a problem for us, and when Joanna was here, she was able to translate for us but in her absence, the crew and I used Google Translate to communicate as they spoke very little English, which again was not a problem. Even with the language barrier, we could tell that all three of the crew members were friendly and courteous and that they took great pride in their work. It has been nearly a month since Joanna and her crew finished their work, time enough for things to happen…and Joanna has been great throughout. We had an issue with a downspout overflowing during a torrential downpour shortly after they finished. I shot a video of it, sent it to Joanna and she swung into action the very next day. She and one of her crew came out and installed, for lack of a better term, a relief valve for the downspout. They were able to easily pull the sod back, and when they dug down, they found that the end of the drain tube had become clogged. The crewman installed the valve, replaced the sod and tested it with the garden hose on full blast. It worked like a charm! There was also an issue with the drip system and Joanna had one of her guys come out and fix it right up. She has taken care of some other details for us as well, some of which we paid additional for (extra planting), and has been very responsive to our needs and questions. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with the final product and we have received several compliments from neighbors, family and friends. We would recommend “Of The Tower Landscape Services” for providing fast installation, beautiful results and very good customer service after the fact.
