They were noticeably drafty in the winter, and we can hear literally everything happening outside. Additionally, when doing our taxes this year, we realized that the windows they installed are only certified for energy efficiency in the Southern US -- basically, Florida and Texas. They do not meet the certification standards for Colorado, even though we emphasized energy efficiency as a motivator, inquired multiple times about the rebate process, and after the entire sales pitch was based on how they're based in Colorado and are designed to handle the high UV and swings in temperature. The actual contracts that we received had no information about specific model numbers for the windows either -- they only say 'Infinity' as the brand, so we couldn't have looked it up even if we had the foresight."
