The job ended up taking about eight months, punctuated by a series of excuses and frequent delays. They used at least two different cleaning crews and worked their way through three different roofing companies. What should have been completed in the summer of 2015 was not completed until late winter of 2016. The final disappointment was that after receiving payment from our insurance company, they seem to have left town. They left one major bill to the roofing company which they sub-contracted, left unpaid. As a result the roofing company is threatening to put a lien on our property. What appeared to be a service provided by hard-working, honest folk has ended up being a service provided by two scam artists. Avoid all dealings with them. We trusted them. They betrayed out trust.

David is an expert and we had no idea how many bats we actually had. The project took 5 full days and the crew was friendly and cleaned up afterward. I would highly recommend them for bats and carpenter ants.

Having just purchased my first home, we found there was an alarming ant problem and couldn't even walk through the yard anywhere around the house without getting swarmed and bitten. Green Pest Solutions was recommended to us and we called them. It took several attempts to get someone out to give us an estimate on the price.
David showed up and agreed we had one of the worst infestations of ants he had ever seen. He said his product was safe for kids and pets and would solve the problem. He even went so far as to state they had a six month guarantee; if the ants returned within the six months, they would return and spray at no cost. We agreed to the cost and arranged to have the vacant lot next door sprayed as well since there were several two foot high ant mounds.
Approximately one week later, a crew arrived with nothing more than a pickup with a large sprayer in the bed to signify their relationship to Green Pest Solutions. I met the crew in the yard and showed them the problem areas and asked about spraying the neighboring lot. They agreed and began their work finishing a short time later. We checked their work and could find no evidence that they had sprayed the neighboring lot's ant hills. Approximately two days later we noticed several (possibly in the thousands) dead ants throughout the yard and were ecstatic with the results.
Approximately one week after the spraying we began work on a fence and landscaping for the backyard and noticed we were being swarmed and bitten worse than before. The ants had also changed from the red and black variety to an apparently more vicious black variety. I contacted Green Pest Solutions and left several messages regarding the resurgence with a notice that we were doing dirt work for the fence which should allow better access to the ants. No one ever answered the phone and I never received a call back. No one ever responded to my home to assess the situation. To this day, we still have an ant problem and still get swarmed when we walk through the yard.

"I am sorry to report this but we did not treat this house. Our truck has our logo on it per the Colorado department of agriculture requirements. Please call us and we would be glad to actually service your house. 970-779-0802"

The company did no research as to the types of buildings on site, when we asked if they would like pictures of the buildings, the saleswoman said no. The company failed to show up or call on the first appointment set up. The next appointment they were an hour and a half late and failed to bring their boom sprayer so more than half of the buildings could not be sprayed. When we explained to them the type of fly problem, they said they didn't think their product would work anyway? We gave them one more chance to show up with the proper equipment (6/5/13) and they once again no call/no show. Incredibly unprofessional, the ranch is seeking a better company to work with, and would highly recommend others to do the same, very disappointing.

"I am so sorry for your experience. There was a period of 1 month that the small machine repair shop in Pagosa was completely booked up and could not repair our boom sprayer. Please allow us to refund your money and or treat the flies. We do have products that work. Obviously a training issue."

I had a skunk problem/odor in the house. I am only
part time in the area as this is a vacation home and so needed to remedy the
situation as quickly as possible. The timeframe for the incident was over
the
Christmas holiday week. In all fairness, I called around desperately looking
for someone to address the problem and found only 2 providers who ultimately
responded to my messages. Green Pest Solutions was the first to respond.
David was cordial and sounded very knowledgeable in the area of pest
removal. He agreed to stop by later in the day and kept within the
estimated time of arrival. He quickly assessed the situation and
determined that trapping the animal would be the most likely way to remove the
problem. He set the trap and we agreed to check on it daily and take next
steps once an animal was caught. I provided a $150 "deposit" on
the trap. The deal was if no animal were trapped, then the deposit would
be refunded.
About 3 or 4 days passed, each morning with me leaving a message stating we hadn't
yet caught the animal. One day, I even noticed small footprints in the
snow passing right by the trap. This suggested to me that something
needed to be done to better lure the animal into the trap. David said
they were going to change the bait and proceed from there. About this
time, I had to return to my permanent home and so trusted him to follow through
with the job in my absence.
Over the next few days, I had left repeated phone messages, none of which were
returned. Finally, after a week, I was able to get through and was
informed that we had caught a skunk (this after noticing my deposit check had
already cleared the bank). The excuse for not communicating was a family
issue that took them out of town (wouldn't a business check their messages regularly?).
Did a skunk actually get caught? I'll have to take their word for it
since I have no actual evidence (would have been nice to get a cell phone
picture).
I've been back to the property, and we still have a skunk smell in part of the
house. We still don't know if the animal was living under the house, if
it got into a skirmish with some other animal under the house and sprayed its
scent, or if there's a dead skunk there. I communicated this to David and
hoped to arrange for him (under his suggestion) to observe and/or remediate the
situation. He claimed they were putting a trap back there to ensure there
wasn't a second skunk involved (that's going to run me another $150 if
caught). As of this writing, the second trap hasn't been placed, nor have
I been able to arrange a follow up visit to complete the job. I am now
in another round of unanswered messages from Green Pest Solutions trying to
arrange for the job to be completed.

"We are very sorry for your experience. We would be happy to refund your $150 for any misunderstanding. This was quite a while ago so I do not know what the circumstances are but I hope you have no more skunks."
