I asked if they would reach out to their pros list and try and get someone assigned today. They said that is not possible and they cannot help me. So here I am $100 out with no service and no support. Extremely disappointed. I 100% suggest not using Handy, which is no fault of Costco, but I definitely recommend after my experience and the review of others that Costco reevaluate their contract and partnership with Handy."
