Wayne did full bathroom remodel for us. The demolition was done while we there away. Neat and tidy. Good communication skills. Asked for lots of feedback on each detail we wanted . Quality work. Recognized understood all complications in the job . Is able to do lots of work without hiring additional plumbers or electricians. Will probably use him for next remodel.

My condo had water damage from the unit above me. Wayne got engaged immediately and I had a full, complete, and fair estimate in a couple days. Wayne is communicative with regular updates, realistic timelines, up front and honest about what is or is not included in the quote. If something was overlooked in the original quote, he is flexible and accommodating to add needed items. Wayne was the contractor for our bathroom remodel, and did a beautiful job, our bathroom is gorgeous. He tells you up front what he does and does not do, like a granite countertop you need to get someone else for that, but he will install faucets and hook up plumbing. Not to mention that the tile work is absolutely flawless! I definitely recommend Straightine Tile and would hire again for any other work. Thanks so much Wayne!!!

Wayne remodeled my entire upstairs bathroom in 2 weeks from demo to cabinet installation. Throughout the entire process Wayne communicated exactly what was going on. His estimates were spot on, and his work is impeccable. We even had a few emergencies along the way (broken pipe due to old work, a broken tub that was a shipping or manufacturing defect etc). Through all of that, Wayne handled everything like a professional. I can't recommend Wayne highly enough.

We got a quality product at what we believe to be a fair price. Mr. Burch completed the job in a timely manner which minimized disruptions to our schedule. The job site was left in order at the end of each day. There were no significant issues or surprises. He worked with us to plan and work out the details of the job and gave us the benefit of his expertise. We love our remodeled main bathroom and would not hesitate to call Straight Line Tile for future work.

Wayne is the real deal. He helped me fix a zero entry shower that was originally built wrong. He knows his stuff and rebuilt my shower with a new linear tiled drain and shower bench. He did it on time and communicated with me throughout. I highly recommend Straight Line Tile.
