Wonderful company. All my questions were answered and my dogs are doing great! We laid a ton of fence as we live in the country and wanted ample space for the dogs and that was no problem! Very nice and respectful people to work with.

Roger and Amado were excellent! Very professional, on time, responsive and went above and beyond to make this a successful experience for us and our new dog. The system and training are excellent and our dog learned the boundaries in no time. I wish we would have used Pet DeFence in the past for our other dogs. We will highly recommend! Once I talked to Roger with Pet DeFence and he understood the issue, he sent out Amado who installed the Wizard under the floor. He is a wonderful worker, responsible, cleans up, and good with the dogs. As a side note: we also have a wizard in our entryway as well which keeps the dogs from coming up clear to the door and jumping on people if I let someone in. We also have an "underground fence" for our dogs installed by Pet DeFence as well. It has worked great. We live in a subdivision that will not allow anything but underground fences.

Our underground fence is about 7 years old and the interruption may have been caused by our lawn care service. Our Pet DeFence technician was extremely courteous and prompt in providing the needed service. We're VERY HAPPY with Pet DeFence and we're VERY impressed and VERY pleased with our "first-time" service call. It was rainy and cold yet the technician took care of the problem. Pet DeFense is the most awesome company ever! Roger installed our hidden fence about 10 years ago; we've had five dogs since then, and the fence still works perfectly. Today, I ran into Roger and mentioned that our puppy and one of our grown dogs have suddenly decided their favorite pastime is going in the chicken pen and chasing the chickens. My husband and I were at wits end trying to figure out how to keep them out of the chicken pen. Within seconds, Roger had a solution — a room-size electronic fence that works with our dogs' collars. It's in place now and working, much to the chagrin of our dogs and the relief of our chickens. Thank you, Pet Defense!

It could not have gone better, Mike was excellent with my dog and continued to work with us until we achieved a positive result. Amondo who installed the fence did a great job. He had to hand-dig several areas on our property due to the rocks and large tree roots. I once had to call for help on how to set the collar and Roger called me back immediately. I can't say enough good things about this company and their staff.

I was very happy with Pet Defence. Roger returned my calls promptly and was right on time for our appointments. He explained the training process to me and walked me through it with my dog step by step. He made sure the training would be as stress free as possible for both of us, left detailed instructions to refer to and offered follow up support if needed. VERY organized and professional company. I highly recommend Pet Defence and will continue to use them.

Amando for Pet DeFence came out and fixed it quickly. He was really sharp in finding what was wrong. I really appreciated his work, and so did my dogs. The fence was originally installed by Pet DeFence Hidden Dog Fence, and the fence has really worked well. Amando has been really helpful when he installed it, and when he fixed it.

The company is an example of what most companies should be. It is professional and there is a lot of care taken afterwords when there is a question or any difficulty. Roger, who is the owner, really returns all of the phone calls himself and the safety of the pets is foremost in their minds. I really don’t think other companies compete but I know that it is the one I would recommend to everyone needing enclosured secure yards for their pets.

It went great! They were punctual and polite. My serviceman took great care of me and didn’t splice any buried wires. They helped me configure a good arrangement in the yard. My 90lb pup is very happy! Way to go team Pet DeFence!
