"This company had very competitive prices. Was easy to work with and did a great clean up job. My home project was to sand and stain a large wrap around deck. They sanded down thru 20 years of tinted stain and put 2 coats of tinted stain on. My railing with spindles are a different color than the deck you walk on and they did a great of being careful not to get the deck stain on the spindles. I really enjoyed the ease of communication with them. As it was spring, thus rain, we had to be in communication about adjusting time and days due to the rain. Additionally I appreciated that because of weather and other jobs they had to do, I was not put off and kept at the top of the list to complete the job. I got a quote from them to do the railing and spindles, the price is so fair that I may not get other bids."

They did a power wash and then stained with a team of five to ten people, getting it done quickly. Phoenix did a very thorough job with the walkthrough and her eye was sharper than mine, spotting and fixing any missed spots. My decks look great. When it comes time to paint the exterior, I'll use them again. The had like 8 people out here working simultaneously for a day and a half.
