He provided a timely quote to our realtor and ordered the tank and supplies. He had all the equipment to prepare the site and was excellent running the equipment with minimal impact to our property. He communicated well on timeline to completion. He made sure we were only without septic for a day. The same Inspector came once the project was completed and was very pleased with his adherence to the plan and code. Most hot water heater manufacturers recommend replacing the anode rod about once every three to five years. Anode rods sacrifice themselves by collecting iron, limestone, and other minerals that would otherwise corrode your hot water heater tank. This abuse wears them out long before your water heater does. Check the rod when you remove it and replace it if more than 50% of the metal has been consumed.
