I loved working with Pace and Sons for my HVAC needs. My furnace was leaking and actually required a bunch of replacement parts. Alec was super helpful and really knew his stuff. I really appreciated working with an hoenst pro who did good work and I'll definitely call them for my winter service.

Our furnace died a few hours before the cold of October 9th hit the area. We called several companies and none were able to assist us with our emergency call because of the amount of calls they were getting. A call to Pace & Sons Mechanical resulted in us talking to Corey, the owner, who was able to fit us in between service calls. He and his son arrived at our home on time and they were able to promptly diagnose the cause of the problem. We were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Corey and his son. Within 20 minutes, we had our furnace back up-and-running and we again had heat. We would definitely recommend Pace & Sons Mechanical and would call them again without hesitation.

Corey Pace and his sons helped out with the removal of our old furnace and install of a new furnace, air conditioning unit and humidifier. Their work was productive, fast and of high quality, not leaving a mess before leaving. Rather than upselling our furnace or ac, he provided us with the right size for our house. The furnace heats the house quick and doesn't run constantly like our other one did. The ac is amazing throughout the summer as the house stays at a constant 64 degrees. For anyone looking for any services that Pace & Sons Mechanical provides, I highly recommend the company! Great quality work, products and reliability.

I hired Pace and Sons based on the recommendation of a neighborhood friend. We were remodelling our kitchen and needed someone to install a new gas line for our gas cooktop and also to install a vent for the new cooktop. Corey came to my home to survey the work to be done and quoted a very fair price for the work to be performed. Corey arrived at the date and time agreed upon. Since the kitchen had just been demo'd in preparation of our remodelling, he worked off of our designer's plans to mount the vent at precisely the location it needed to go for the subsequent appliance install. He also knew exactly how to install the new gas line and he carefully included shutoff valves in both the kitchen as well as the basement to ensure safety.Corey is a genuinely nice guy who cares about his business and pleasing his customers. Since he did such a nice job, we asked him to return to provide cleaning and maintenance on our home air conditioner that hadn't been serviced in well over 5 years. He discovered the system was in good shape and cleaned everything thoroughly. His cost was again reasonable and we will certainly use him again whenever we have need for HVAC services.

Full disclosure - Pace & Sons is the contractor used by our Warranty Service, so although parts and labor was retailed at around $1000, we only paid our copay of $55. That said, I can see why Blue Ribbon uses this company. 
Corey had to come out twice, the first time because there was an electrical issue that preceded being able to look at the furnace, and again when the electrical issue was resolved. Both days he was able to get out an hour earlier than he originally estimated, which was impressive given that both appointments were later in the morning. He called to let me know he was on his way, he was pleasant and personable while here, explained where the problem was even though he knew he didn't have to convince me to make the repair because 1) it was freezing outside and 50 degrees in my house and 2) covered by our warranty. 
Once we no longer have our warranty, I am sure I would continue to contact Corey for service on our HVAC system.
