Can I connect with the owner? Your rep wonâ t answer my questions about our claim. The rep and the website says you donâ t broker; you do. Your rep got me to pay a deposit I cannot get back. Your rep told me my household goods where in Fl, bu the driver drove straight from Vegas. Your rep took all my pictures and details about the damanges; no answer. Iâ m not sure what recourses I have but I can check with an attorney; for sure file a complaint online and with BBB for false advertisement, and horrendous service. I reserved Secoure Relocation aka PT Van Lines moving company after getting a call from Secure Relocation (US DOT 3777193 MC: 1350780), Christopher James ( 725 207 7935; 323 306 4606), he gave me a very good offer and reserved for moving @1200 dollars. After a few days, another lady Vanessa (323) 968-0066 called to re-estimate my items and asked for another $1300 dollars. During the day of loading, the driver comes and asks for another $5600, $3000 more than the estimated price. He put in such a trip that we didn't have another option at the last moment. During the delivery time, the driver did not let me see my stuff before paying all the money via Zille. They delivered my item after 12 days of the agreement, many of my items such as the TV, mattress, matters box, chairs, suitcase with clothes, and furniture parts were missing, and many were broken and unusable. I reported the loss and damages, they sent me a link to file a claim for loss and damage. Actually, the link they send goes back to them as well. In the beginning, they pretended they were doing some serious business, but did not do anything either to find my goods or compensate for the lost and damaged items. After a few days, I asked for any updates, and they said that we didn't have any claim registered and the moving company declined your claim. I called back to the regular numbers 702 703-1545, but my phone was blocked. I used another phone and called, and another lady Victora received it and told me, we didn't have any claim and I couldn't do anything about my lost and damaged item. She suggested to file a lawsuit against her moving company. I lost items worth more than $10,000 dollars. I suspect the staff of this moving company might have kept my items like brand new TVs, mattresses and clothes, high chairs, etc. Please help me with what should I do next with this moving company, and suggest never ever use the services of this moving company.

They were late, never answered the phone, and not only damaged our belongings, but our new house as well moving things in. Now they seem to be out of business as their email bounces and their phones are disconnected. Worst company I have ever done business with. Negligence or willful destruction or property is the least of the issues.

Do Not Hire These people! They will make you feel like they care and they Do Not. I was assured by â Chrisâ that my Grandfatherâ s China cabinet would be treated with care. Their idea of â special handlingâ was a small moving blanket and some cheap tape! I had wrapped the cabinet with heavy blankets, cardboard, bubble wrap and shrink wrapped it and they broke it- When they opened the door on the truck this cabinet was not secured. My saddle was packed in a cardboard box and the box was crushed as well as chair that I had bubble wrapped and shrink wrapped was broken. They agreed to pay for my property, referred me to a claims company and the company sent me a letter stating they are not associating with this company any linger. I have called and emailed consistently since July 7 and no return phone calls or responses by email. That China Cabinet was all I had left and I am devastated- Please Do Not employ these people- I donâ t care what the other reviews say- unless you donâ t care about your possesions-

Can I give these scammers -10000 rating??? Worst company I ever had to deal with, long story short - they will lie to you, they will hide and stop responding to you, they will show up at midnight, 12 hours after agreed time acting like itâ s normal and delayed happen, they will expect you to unload , they will not reassemble , your stuff will arrive broken, damaged or it will not arrive at all, they request cash payment prior delivery so you cannot dispute charges because they know you would try after you will see your stuff. I moved several times in my life, in US and in Europe ..I know move is stressful and things happen but this company needs to be shut down immediately . Please do not use them , you can thank me later

These people are just another shady broker operating under PT Van lines MC #and Dot # , they are located in south Florida . Scammers like these are common they open and close offices due to bad reviews. Don’t let them fool you they are not a carrier. They will tell you things like availability is very limited so you need to give a large deposit to secure it . BS Once they have your deposit you won’t get it back because of the 3 day cancellation period. PROTECT YOUR MOVE . GOV This is the DOT website you can check all the scammers on. If they could only use their talents to do the right thing. 701 N Andrews , Fort Lauderdale, 33311 This is the hole they scheme a plot from. As for the generic 5 star reviews, those are outsourced from companies in India to boost up ratings. Don’t be fooled, why tell customers that you are a carrier if you’re not.

They need to learn about customer service and pick up the phone.

Where do I start? Their supposed white glove movers did NOT blanket wrap all of our furniture as the contract stated, nor did they take any particular care with packing anything, so we are left with a bunch of scratched, marred, stained, broken and damaged belongings. They applied packing tape directly to antique wood. They said they knew how to pack a pendulum clock, but they did not pack it correctly leading to damage. They did not fulfill their contract and their meager insurance does not come near to covering our damage. They also tacked on an additional $2,500 at the very end that was not part of the original quote. We have asked them for some resolution on these issues and have not heard back. Terrible! Stay away!

Pt Van Lines and staff did a great job. Excellent communication highly recommend.

1st half was okay, they sent 2 people to help pack our stuff. But when our stuff arrived at the agreee destination, only the 3rd party driver was present, no PT van lines personnel and I had to help the driver unload the stuff which took 7 hours. PT Van Lines can never be trusted. I paid for movers to pack and move my stuff from point A to point B. I had to pay $2k extra for a wrong estimate. They did not hold to the contract terms. Very disappointed with both PT Van Lines and surpised how Angi qualified this not so good company.

They communicated extremely well and were timely and friendly.

The people were courteous and careful, but they did lose tree of my pieces.

This company was fantastically fast and efficient. The movers were prompt, friendly and courteous. They just moved us last week to the neighborhood state. I'm happy with their service and the price was good. I recommend them to anyone!

Fabulous experience! Just completed a move from our 5-bedroom house in San Diego to Dallas, and believe we have A LOT of stuff! Everything went great, communication was smooth and the quote was exact. Luis and Bryant were professional, patient, worked fast, and were very respectful of our belongings and space. They were experts at packing and loading the truck to make the most use of the space. They wrapped, taped, and cared for all furniture as if it was their own. Upon arrival, they EXPERTLY unloaded everything carefully and placed the furniture where it went!
