The morning after he left, I had an issue with the toilet flushing. I sent him a quick video of the problem, and he called me right back and told me how to correct the issue. Carlos is the exact opposite of everything I have ever heard about the industry, and I can't give him enough praise. Absolutely 10 out of 10 if you're looking for quality work and a quality person. :)"
