"With our rather old cabin-style home, the plumbing from the kitchen sink had a plug of hardened grease over 30 years old. We discovered this the first day when they drilled through it with a snake; we had them return a couple of days later with a hydrojet unit to clean it out. Our house is located in the mountains, and may not be particularly easy to get the equipment out here, but they had very little difficulty. They used a lengthy hose to go around the back of the house, then sent the nozzle through the pipe behind the trap to clear it out. I was originally concerned about navigating past the elbow joints in the pipe, and the fact that we have a septic tank that I didn't want to fill up; but neither was a problem, and the job was done in about an hour. The sound of the drain flowing never sounded so sweet."

"Gotta tell you. I hit the jackpot with Jesus and his crew. I had 3 estimates. His was the least expensive for a considerable landscaping project. However, being the least expensive did not show itself in his impeccable work. His expertise, design, hard work and excellent crew made for a terrific outcome. Little extras not mentioned in the original plan were done without further expense. It was obvious his first concern was that I was happy. When he saw I was, in fact, happy, his face lit up with the joy of pleasing his customer that is rare these days. Another thing that was a positive for me was this is a family business. Most of his crew was made up of relatives who worked their butts off for him. At one point, his wife chipped in and stained some fencing that was already there, but was faded. They just thought it would look better with a fresh coat of stain. They were right. Bottom line, if you need this kind of work, Olive branch is the way to go."

"This job probably would have gone much smoother if the contractor had been at the job site regularly. One man was very competent, but the help hired needed lots of supervision. And since the dryrot portion was time and materials, I was very frustrated, workers were late, talked on their cell phones, and were not efficient. The contractor's response when I told him I thought he was going to be on the job site was, "I never said I would." He relied on daily conversations with the main carpenter. This might have worked had better workers been hired. After 4 months, a second competent carpenter was higher for a short time and that went well. I think the stucco sub-contractor did a good job but they were messy. The sheetrock sub-contractor took a long time patching, often missing spots and returning. The tile sub-contractor did not lay the hand-made tile very well so I have a constant reminder on his work. The painter did an pretty good job (the stucco is very rough)."

The work utilized excavation, concrete, wood & construction. Cristian, the owner, was the epitomy of professionalism as with every crew member. Firstly, he did not try to sell me on something I did not want, much appreciated. The job was meticulously executed in record time at the price I could pay. This job has been on my bucket list for years... finally completed with a job well done!"

In the end, I didn't use Nato's services because his quote was twice as much as the other contractor I was considering. Perhaps his prices may be more competitive in other services he offers. "I contacted Discover to ask for a quote in the morning and they responded with the best price and the shortest window to come over. They only had a one hour window as opposed to some other devices that have 4+ hours which they arrived as promised. Not only did a service tech arrive, but the manager as well. Both were extremely professional and assessed the problem before taking any action. They isolated it to the mainline and was able to run a commercial snake to have everything unclogged in less than an hour. Once everything was tested with the other water lines to make sure the problem was resolved they cleaned up the work area and hooked up the lines back to the washing machine. I can't express how much I would recommend this company for jobs big or small. I'll definitely be reaching out to them for service in the future."
