"We thoroughly enjoyed working with this company for our turf repair project. They got us in weeks ahead of schedule as they knew time was an issue for our busy daycare. It is generally not recommended to put topsoil over new grass seed. A thick layer can suffocate the seedlings by preventing sunlight, water, and oxygen from reaching them.
