Fortunately at this point all I needed was the Roto router and the water jet cleaning and cutting tool. I thought for a moment that I was gonna have to remove the slab and replace the drain pipe. But the professional he was persistent and patient getting the job done."

Chris was the technician who handled everything, and he made sure to explain how the system works and what needed to be done. He performed a thorough cleaning, checked all the components, and made sure everything was running efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions.
