I had a number of plumbing issues that needed attention. Most of the water from my faucets throughout the house was only coming out as a trickle. I also needed a new toilet in the master bathroom. The old one was not flushing well. Jeffrey from Rhino Rooter Plumbing showed up on time. A price was set for the work to be done. Jeff changed all the angle turn off valves in every bathroom and kitchen area, snaked and cleaned all the drains. The calcium build up on all my connections under the sink was very bad causing blockages to my faucets. Most of the faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen were replaced with new ones and they work beautifully now. When the toilet was removed there was so much calcium built up in the drain pipe that the whole pipe had to be replaced.It looks like a monster growing out of the toilet drain. No wonder it wasn't flushing properly. I kept getting a large calcium deposit at the bottom of the toilet. The pipe to the toilet had to be replaced. A camera was brought in and a strong hydro jet was put into the drain to remove most of the calcium build up on the rest of the pipe. A clean out drain was installed in the pipe to help with further maintenance of the drain from the house to the street. I had never had my drains professionally cleaned in the 20 years that I lived in this house and some serious stuff was growing in there. Jeff is very knowledgable in his field and has restored my plumbing to an almost new condition. The fowl odor was sewage from my shower drain has subsided. Everything works again, Yeah!! If it hadn't been for Jeff, I would have had major problems with my drain and an overflowing toilet upstairs. Of course, we had to re-negotiate the cost of the job.

I had called another plumber who couldn’t fix the tub drain. So I didn’t know what to expect this time. Jeff arrived before estimated time! He went above and beyond what I expected. Great customer service!! I will call Jeff again, you can trust him. Jen
