"Did not recieve the estimate after the consultant arrived. When I called back received the estimate very quickly. However the estimate was over 20K for 15 plantation shutter windows which is about double any of the other estimates."

"I phoned for an estimate, the properties were empty so they went out and measured, faxed me the estimate and we did the rest by phone and fax. I was promised a date when the windows would be replaced and the following day I went to the property. The windows had been replaced and all signs of debris were gone. I couldn't be happier with an installation.
