He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. I have the original metal cabinets from when grandma and grandpa built the house in 48 and they turned out beautiful. They have held up to the cleaning and still look like they were painted yesterday."

Unbeknownst to us, we had a very involved undertaking requiring extensive work to repair and install screens on all of our vents as well as to enclose a sizable hole in one exterior wall and seal our crawlspace. Arnold was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when communicating over the phone and provided outstanding work. I had the expectation that everything would be functionally covered, but Arnold actually took the time to make everything look good including color matching the stucco around the periphery of each item.
