"I got excellent customer service and installation was included. Lari explained clearly about what the products are available and the quality of these products compared with other companies out there. They gave me a delivery date that was right on time. The shutter installer was very experienced with the installation and they were shipped and packaged with care. After seeing how beautiful they were in my home I ordered the remaining rooms in my home that still needed window coverings. I highly recommend this company and the shutters are made in the USA."

"Quick response and knowledgeable. I need the wax gasket on my toilet replaced and they were quick to respond and do the repair at a very reasonable price. They ended up replacing the water valve on the toilet also as it wouldn't shut off due to all the silt in the lines. Still super happy with their service and friendliness. Would definitely recommend them!"
