He also upgraded my mechanical hard drive, which was old and causing the problems I was having, to a solid state drive. I have a sliding window from left to right instead of up and down so to do a clean install was more involved than a traditional up down sliding window. I believe Monty went above and beyond to make sure the work was quality and addressed all my concerns.
