He communicated clearly and if there were any changes along the way he made sure we were aware of what needed to be done and why. He did an excellent job and turned a dull old bath into a sleek/modern luxury bath. The space was small so he helped me realize my vision of what I wanted the bathroom to be. The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "
