Steve was true to his word and came on time every single time. He was able to finish the entire first floor in 3 days. Steve and his wonderful assistant worked non-stop. These are the most hard-working people I've ever met and I have met thousands of people during my career. "It was great. I needed a quick repair on a few panels as they were lifting up in high traffic areas. Juan explained more than once that it would only be a tempory fix unless the foundation was first corrected but for me, that was going to have to wait. Until that time, at least I won't be tripping over the floor now! Work was fast and he was able to come by on the weekend. Hopefully he can do another room for us in the future! Thanks so much."

"I do really enjoy the finished product. I went with wood-look ceramic tile and couldnt be happier with how it looks. The reason they don't get 5 stars though is that after the previous floor was removed and they were preparing the sub-floor, they called me and told me that the floor would need additional concrete leveling. I knew this would be needed, but I was told that the extensiveness of the leveling was included in the initial quote. They wound up charging me an additional $1400 for the leveling. That should have been included in the price they quoted me because it was obvious that it would be necessary in my older home. Expensive, and frustrating but the end result is very good."
