We needed a full siding replacement. Z and the team came out and gave a very reasonable and accurate quote, and had highly helpful advice. I highly recommend their work!

Couldnâ t find leak repair, but Z and team discovered water leak between wall and slab foundation. He then fixed the problem in an old repair and excavated the soil and created a proper drainage system to prevent future problems as well as repair outside and interior wall and seal properly.

Red Door Restoration Inc has just completed a rather complicated job of installing two 20 ft. beams inside my garage ridge-line to lift the sag in my roof. I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of Mr. Z as well as his workers. He assessed the job, explained to me what was required and he did exactly what he said he would do. He showed up on time and left my garage cleaner than it had been before! And, my roof is completely straight! It was a pleasure to work with professionals that treated the project as if it were their own property. And, I plan to do more business with them in the future. I brought in Red Door Restoration for a garage / home office remodel after sitting down with multiple contractors. What put them at the top of the list was how well Z was able to listen to what I was envisioning and turn that into a solid design. This being the first big project that I hired a contractor for, I wasn't sure what I would be in for. Z was able to explain the process clearly, point out items that I might not have considered and even pass along some construction tips along the way. Fortunately, it doesn't stop with Z. We hired Red Door Restoration to replace rotting wood in our home. We ended up also using them to paint the exterior of our home, roof replacement, and some interior wall repair. Their work is top quality and their customer service is excellent. Z keep us informed on the progress of the jobs and excels in making sure the job is done right. After they were done, you could not tell the repaired wood from the original construction. Jose is an excellent and detailed painter and Vinnie a master woodworker. All of them are highly professional and personable. We will be sure to hire them again for any future home repair jobs.

We hired Red Door Restoration to handle some extensive dry rot restorations on our house. Although the extent of the damage was much worse than originally anticipated, Z communicated each step of the process clearly, explained what needed to be done and why, and offered suggestions for avoiding any future problems. His crew was professional, friendly, and performed quality work. I would definitely recommend Red Door for any restoration and remodeling projects.

Quality of work was satisfactory, but material promised was not delivered and substituted with a smaller width. Communication was inconsistent.

Red Door quite expertly addressed some extensive dry rot issues on the exterior of our home. I would highly recommend Z and his crew for very professional and meticulous work.

The owner of the company received about $2,400, half of the total cost estimate upfront on May 11 but did not started the work despite my repeated phone calls and e-mails. Subsequently, I requested cancellation of the contract and money back over a month ago. After several e-mails and phone calls, he sends me an invoice of over $1,850 for alleged trips and contacts with various parties and purchase and return of material. In other words, he wants to charge me almost 40% of the cost of the whole project without ever starting the job. I am filing a complain with the Small Claim Court early next week.

I needed to get a crown job finished at my house that I was having problems with. Z was very friendly on the phone and was able to handle schedule my request fast. The problem was he said my job would be billed per hour because it was not a lot of linear feet. When it got time to cut the check he added what seemed to be two hours to the bill. There was never any mention of a six hour minimum and he also said he would waive the 225.00 first hour. Just beware and get a quote in writing prior to start. The guys he had come out were very nice and worked fast.

Installation was fine considering the difficulty of the existing frame. The finish sanding could have been better. Z was nice and easy to work with. I will use him again.

We hired red door to do several projects in the bathroom. Cabinets just got done and they look great! Using him for other work as well, great contractor

Z Safdari was the first to respond to my request for quotes. He took a real interest in my project (though relatively small) and made many good suggestions. As the work progressed, unanticipated problems arose (termite damage, rot, etc). Z and his team met the challenges and completed 95% of the work on time. Only the weather prevented the remaining 5% from being finished according to the original estimate. As the weather permitted, every detail was attended to. The result far exceeded my expectations. The cost was more than I budgeted but was well worth it. I am very happy with the outcome.

The work was all done to my satisfaction and they did very professional work - they were curtious, showed up when they said they would, Very good experience!

Zhobin has a excellent eye for detail and gave us brilliant suggestions. We enjoyed working with Zhobin a lot. HE followed through with thing and would hire him again.
