As the work started there were a few areas where his foreman Juan recommended modifications. These modifications were very positive and above and beyond the original agreement and at no additional cost to us, which made my husband very happy! Those included replacement of 3 steps to our deck from wood to concrete, increased length of the sidewalk, improved fencing beyond the original design, some additional irrigation work and fixing the base of another set of stairs to regulation height by adding flagstone. Juan had great vision for how to make these changes so the outcome went from beautiful to outstanding! And the crown jewel of this whole project is a custom, unique fire pit that I found only as a picture from the internet.
