They did such an amazing job cleaning my home!!!
Highly recommend!
"Worked great as a team. It was 3 ladies they split up very efficient. Which made it faster. Asked alot of questions of what I preferred and how i preferred it. GREAT ! Hired them for bi-weekly cleanings."
"The nice clean and tidy crew have kept my home really clean for over a year. I have been thoroughly satisfied Isaac has the best personality and cleans to my specific needs . I can’t say a disappointing word about this cleaning company."
"I've had Air Duct Professionals clean my air ducts in the past. As before, they do excellent work. They are easy to communicate with and are professionals in every way. I will continue to hire them to clean my air ducts in the future."
"Showed up on time. Was knowledgeable about the blinds. Told us how they would be cleaned. Cleaned immediately and reinstalled them. highly recommend their company and service."
"Service was great. The ladies that came to clean were great. Everything was left very clean. They focused on the hard to clean places and were very honest about certain things that would need more focus on. The cleaning price was a little high. But you get what you pay for and I received my money’s worth. Lupe was very professional and I set up my house on a monthly cleaning with them. I would very much recommend them"
"Raquel & Lilian did a wonderful job deep cleaning my apartment. They were on time, so pleasant & finished the job in a timely manner. Will be reaching out to them the next time I need a cleaning for sure. Thank you!"
"A stellar job! I called yesterday and spoke with Scott, who was able to fit me into his very busy schedule on short notice. He arrived on time and explained in detail what he planned to do and what to expect in terms of cost and how long it would take. The floor was very dirty and looked terrible. I'm a pretty good DIY person, and I had stripped and re-sealed it myself twice, but it never came out very well. Scott is a true professional and knows his chemicals - he had some kind of "secret sauce" that stripped the old stuff right off. It looks fabulous now. He put three coats of wax on it and it's better than it was when it was new. Scott was very generous with his time, and even explained to me what I could do to clean my wood floors if I wanted to do it myself. When he left, he sold me some of the high grade polish that he uses at his cost. I really could not be more pleased, and Scott is a great guy besides! "
"He did a great job. He explained everything. Answered my questions. He cleaned up after so well that you wouldn't know it was dirty. I highly recommend him."
It’s possible that installing solar panels can lead to mold on the roof. The panels themselves are not the issue. Problems caused by improper installation—such as roof leaks and mounts that aren’t sealed properly—can cause mold. Another potential cause of mold is debris accumulation under panels, which can trap moisture. If you live somewhere with extreme snow, rain, or hail, your home could be more prone to mold.
Decks, driveways, siding, and patios are common areas that see improved appearance.
Yes, pros use specialized solutions and pressure settings tailored to surface sensitivity.
Leaving a significant amount of snow on your roof can be risky. Most roofs are designed to handle about 20 pounds per square foot of snow, but exceeding this limit can lead to a roof collapse. A collapse can cause severe damage to your home and belongings and poses a physical danger to anyone inside. Furthermore, heavy snow accumulation increases the risk of ice dams, which can cause leaks and water damage to your roof, attic, and interior walls.
You should avoid using a pressure washer on any surface or item that could be damaged by the high-pressure spray, as some materials are too delicate to withstand the force.
Key items and surfaces to avoid include:
Electrical Components: Never pressure wash electrical systems, as water can cause short-circuits and create a safety hazard. This includes utility meters, breaker boxes, electrical outlets, generators, and HVAC or air conditioner units.
Delicate and Fragile Materials: Fragile items can crack, shatter, or be stripped by the pressure. Avoid pressure washing windows, glass, light fixtures, shingled roofs (especially asphalt), and stucco.
Painted, Stained, or Sealed Surfaces: Unless your goal is to strip the finish, do not pressure wash painted surfaces, stained wood (like decks), or anything with a protective seal that could be stripped away. Be especially cautious with older surfaces that may contain lead paint.
Soft Woods and Certain Decking: Delicate surfaces like softwood, composite decking, and antique or wooden patio furniture can be etched or damaged. If you must wash wood, use a lower-powered pressure washer with a wide-angle nozzle to prevent damage.
Living Things: Never use a pressure washer on people, pets, or plants. The force can cause serious injury and will destroy landscaping.
