Jonathan and Ido did a great job replacing the Chase Cover on my fireplace and installed two new caps as well as a third cap on my Masonary brick chimney. "Performed a chimney repair job – tuckpoint/mortar replacement. They only worked an hour the work was an inconsistent, sloppy and porous patch work job. The mix was clearly off as mortar shouldn’t dust off like dried drywall mud when you rub your fingers on top of it. You can do a basic google search on how this job should have been completed properly. In fact, the photo on their estimate of how they supposedly do mortar repairs is completely opposite of the job performed. Not once did they state that they would send someone to check out the work or attempt any type of resolution. Shotty work."
