I scheduled a home consult and was told they would do all the measurements that day. However, they didn't have a ladder and so they had to reschedule another appt to remeasure. 3. I ordered blackout blinds; however, when the order came in, and the blinds were installed, they were not blackout blinds. Therefore, I will have to reorder and reinstall. It has been a total waste of time and they are also insanely expensive."
