"I hired So Cal Builders & Design Inc"

"Kn remodeling and supplies did an excellent job, which consisted of remodeling two bathrooms, the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, dining/bar area, and upgrading the garage ceiling.

This townhouse project included stripping wallpaper (5+ rooms), painting throughout including staircase walls/ceilings and all the doors and closets, baseboards, toilets, bathrooms shower doors + associated plumbing hardware, bathrooms tiling, and cement-board floor replacement of linoleum in the kitchen + bathrooms.

During this process, the crew took great care not to damage pre-existing items in the house, including the hardwood floors and others. They were very attentive, courteous and professional, and importantly responded to our needs for some scheduling accommodations.

Debris removal/collection was conducted daily, allowing us a welcome degree of relatively unobstructed normalcy during and (especially) after work-days, as the multi-week project progressed. Dust-protection of floors, staged items and furniture was well-implemented, with residual particles (floaters) needing post-remodeling attention.

I want to thank Nathan and KN Remodeling

"The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. Ouriel is a great contractor, who is all about details and quality work. This is the second time I have worked with him. The first time he helped me remodel my kitchen,it came out beautifully. I recently had him put in new windows in my condo( 10 windows). He worked with me from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and helped me with all the questions. Even after the work was finished he called me to make sure I was happy with the job. Universal Home Design is definitely one of the best. sincerely,Daniel M. The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. "We hired McCormick Home Builders to remodel our living room, and we are beyond pleased with the result. The team was professional, worked efficiently, and Aris design ideas made a huge difference. The room feels so much brighter and more spacious. This was the best decision we made for our home, and we were already planning our next remodel with them."

"We hired Ben and his team to do a full remodel of a 1940 bungalow in Burbank. Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Surprises arise during construction, but Ben was always direct and communicative. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action. The craftsmanship is wonderful, and even after the house was finished, he remained available for questions. Our house isn't a multimillion dollar compound, but Ben and his team treated it like one within our budget. Our remodel had a lot of ups and downs, but through it all he was a great guy and I'm happy to call him a friend even years after the work is done. Highly recommend!"

"INA Kitchens did an outstanding remodeling job at our house that included the entire bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, a full upgrade of the garage, and a few other things that we decided to do while they were working on the other stuff. During the remodeling project, we were very happy with the way they worked and handled the day-to-day things, so we decided to add the kitchen remodeling, which was performed at the same time as the rest of the project. We worked hand in hand with our project supervisor, Eran. Eran always communicated with us about almost everything. This was very important to us because it showed and proved to us how important it is to partner at each stage of the work and to be part of the decisions that brought our remodeling to a huge success. Our daily short meetings with Eran also helped us to take our original designs and improve them while making them a reality. The team of people that were the ones that did the actual work were very skilled in their own trades. During the work, Eran and the team came across many challenges that required solutions. Eran was able to provide the best solutions for all of them. The final results of the entire work are no less than state-of-the-art designs that surpassed all of our expectations. We strongly recommend INA Kitchens to anyone that is interested in working with a very professional contractor."
