This was a very good experience. Owen arrived within the noted time. He was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He made suggestions of what we should look for and because of that we had him come back a couple days later to replace the rubber seal at the bottom of our garage door. Thanks Owen

1st - Tech needs to ensure that he needs to refrain from using customers restroom - he should have used it prior to work. Secondly, its always the same excuse I?ve heard many many times; when offered what type of garage spring for replacement, there were standard, premium, and super premium(?)of course he tells me that he didnt have the standard ($150 ea less). What a swindler. The review I gave for the quality was quite low due to its new installation and injustice have to wait and see!

New spring and motor were installed quickly same-day.

I called SPC last week for an estimate on a broken spring my garage door. A technician was sent right away. Owen arrived on time. He was very professional and personable. He quickly saw what the problem was and offered his advice on the repair . The price was fair and the job was done in the time he promised. Opener broke just as we were leaving. Called SPC and they could come out that day. Arrived when I was told they would. Owen found the problem right away. We agreed on the repairs and Owen completed the work within 1 hour. Door works perfect. did not have any problems since.
