At first everything went well, and without a hitch.  However , not realizing how critical the stablization of  the water heater was, the installers had to make a second trip back.  The inspector wasn't satisfied with how shaky the water heater was. He left them a notation, that the water heater had to be anchored to a wall, in case of earthquakes. So, on the second trip out, the work was successfully done.

It went very smoothly.  I contacted them via an Angie's List message and received a response promptly.  On the day of the appointment I was called to update me on an adjusted arrival time which was very considerate.  The repair was then done in a timely and professional manner.

Very satisfied with the work that was completed by Quality Plumbing. I had my water heater replaced, which was leaking from the valve. Marty came out and gave me a few options to solve the issue. My home was built in the 1920's and the placement of the water heater was going to pose a challenge. They were able to do the job the day after the estimate. Marty was very professional and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. He also made sure to keep me informed of any possible issues that may arise that would increase the cost beyond the estimate. I appreciated that! There was no surprises with this company. The pricing was extremely fair and I would defiantly refer my friends and family.

Marty is very nice and does a great job. He really seems like he knows what he's doing. I would hire him again.

Marty came out and gave me an estimate to replace a water heater that was in a difficult location. We agreed on an appointment that was two work days away. Marty was delayed at his supplier while picking up the new equipment and called me before the appointment time to tell me he would be a half hour late. He arrived before the new time and very efficiently and professionally made the new installation. Marty is very congenial and easy to work with and I am pleased to have found a plumber that I can call on for my future needs.

The service was very professional.  The plumber came out and inspected the job and reviewed with me my options.  He took care of everything, parts, hauling away the old heater and even offered (for a fee) to handle the city permit paper work.  For me it was very convenient as I did not have the time to run around town for parts and permits.  His quoted price is what I paid even after I offered to wait until the job was done as I am in an older home, in case some other unexpected expense occurred during the job.  He was on time, showed up the next day early in the morning and was done a little after noon, a 4 hour job plus!  When I came home the work looked great and the area was clean.  This is the second job I Quality Plumbing perform and I have been very satisfied with the work.  The hot water feels fabulous!

We worried that it was an underground pipe, but after a quick and efficient diagnosis it was determined to be a crack in the pipe leading to the sprinkler head.  It was repaired and the system was tested and it proved to solve the problem.  He was professional and hardworking throughout the process, to the point of getting soaked and muddly knees.  I would definitely hire him again.

I have used Quality Plumbing twice for two entirely different problems at two different locations and both times I have been very pleased with the honesty and professionalism that most other plumbers lack these days.  He explains what's going on and utilizes tiny cameras so he doesn't have to destroy your walls to find the problem.  I would highly recommend him and am very happy to have found him.

Mario came out on a holiday because we needed to have the job completed quickly.  He was prompt, courteous and professional.  The parts were tricky to replace and he had to do a large amount of leg work to get them, but did not charge extra for that time.  The work area was left reasonably clean.  He honored the coupon after the invoice was already completed.  We would definitely would hire him again.

Initially, I left a voice message. About 15 minutes later, Marty returned my call.
He was available for an appointment the next day (which was a holiday), but I was going to be out of town.
So, Marty was able to make arrangements for the day after. He called in the late morning to 
confirmed his afternoon appointment. He was on time.
Marty was professional and friendly.
What I appreciated about Marty was that he took the time to assess the problem, he was 
thorough, knowledgeable and replaced parts instead of the entire fixtures (which saved me money!). 
I would highly recommend Marty from Quality Plumbing. 

Mario showed up fifteen-twenty minutes late, but it was ok since he called prior to our scheduled time and informed me of the delay. He was careful in analyzing the toilet problem and worked clearly and efficiently in completing the work and cleaning up afterwards. One minor concern was the time he took to go to Home Depot to acquire the part for the project. That time was longer than the entire time on site. I recognize that is the way that contractors who don't have a part work, but it still is irritating. But the problem was fiixed. Mario was very courteous and friendly, explained things thoroughly, and prepared a detailed receipt. I would definitely contact him again.

Very good experience.  He was on time, clean, and professional.  He came by prior to the appointment to see what was needed so he could be prepared, as we were on a tight time-frame.  He had everything with him and checked some other lines to make sure we did not have any other "issues".  We live on the top floor of a condo building and the last thing you want is to have a leak into the downstair neighbor's house.  With that said, we are very concerned about preventative maintenance.  He found one other fitting that was leaking and replaced that as well.  We were pleased, and would recommend.  He is a bit pricey, as are all plumbers, so if you are looking for something economical, he is probably not the best choice.  However, if you want a great job, efficient, on-time, clean, organized, and high quality, he would be a good choice.

Marty arrived on time, quickly fixed the problem, and was available by phone for followup on an unrelated problem.  Great experience overall

We called Martin to set up an appointment to get an estimate.  He was on his way to another job but stopped by and gave an estimate to replace the joint and pipes.  He said since he already had a job that day he would try to get to us in the afternoon, but was not able to come until the next morning.  When he came back, he hadn't been able to get the usual parts he needed so instead used some from the local hardware store.  He installed and said to wait for the joints to dry, then turn the water back on to see if anything leaked.  We did so, and there another small leak in one of the fittings.   When he called back to check if everything was OK we told him there was a new small leak.  He then came out the next day with the correct parts and replaced it again, no extra charge. The second attempt was successful, and we're very pleased.

I called Marty (owner) about a water leak I had at the junction into my house.  He gave me an appointment window of two hours and made it in the first 1/2 hour.  He estimated the work to be about 2 hours at the outside.  It was complicated work due to the pipe being surrounded by cement and very close to the house.  He used about 6 tools to get it all done.  Very professional in attitude and work.  He didn't charge me for all the time it took.  I will DEFINITELY use him again, and recommend him for any plumbing job. 

We had a specific time frame in which we needed to complete the work. The owner arrived on time and gave an estimate. After speaking with several other companies I knew this was a fair price. After agreeing to the terms he helped me figure out the next step which was obtaining a permit for the work. Once I had the permit in hand he accommodated my busy schedule to begin the work and once we were at the inspection stage he walked me though the next step. He suggested I leave his number attached to the permit so that when the inspector arrived he could contact him with any issues. The inspection passed, then the plumber arrived later that day to hook up the stove again. After worrying so much about this problem this plumber made it all so easy. And it was such a fair rate!! Definitely would use his services again. He was fair, punctual, and professional. Even in this economy finding great service, quality work, and comparable prices isn't easy. This guy was all of that. I don't normally write reviews, but thought a hardworking person in these times deserved a mention.
