She made me comfortable knowing that they could do all I was rfequesting, including making a custom panel for my new Sub Zero that matched my existing cabinetry. Armondo and Melvin were always on time, neat and with a can-do attitude when little things came up. It was a pleasure having them in my home. I would use that team again without question! And for the cabinetry work, there is nobody better than Julio. New door hinges installed to perfection, new pulls aligned the way they should be and a terrific mounting of the custom Sub Zero panels. "We purchased our home knowing it would need extensive remodels, and we were admittedly nervous after hearing so many horror stories about planning hold-ups and unreliable contractors. We did our homework, researched over 8 companies, and met with 5. The moment we met Moshe, we knew he was the right person for us. We've been thrilled with the final product and the experience of signing with Ouri from day one was a pleasure. This was our first large project and we would undoubtedly hire Ouri again. Project We instinctively knew Ouri was the best fit for us after the on-site consultation. Not only are his reviews overwhelmingly positive, but he's knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and honest, with competitive pricing to boot. He's also a very responsive communicator. We needed some time after signing the contract to shop for materials. Ouri kindly rolled with our uncertain timeline, checking in periodically without any pressure to see where we were at and advising on any questions we had along the way. From the beginning of the project, his crew was respectful, clean, and always checked in with us as any questions came up. The project went smoothly and for one very minor hiccup that came up, Ouri & crew were quick to address without question. And months later, he sent a member of his crew to come troubleshoot something minor, again without any hesitation. It's challenging to keep these brief when you have such a great experience, especially when you read and hear about horror stories from other people. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."
