He covered our floor to protect it, and he hung plastic drapes to reduce dust. He was very careful not to harm anything he wasn’t working on. Next Marco and Tony arrived on schedule and did an absolutely fantastic job installing all the new cabinets. They were also extremely careful not to cause any damage to the rest of the house. They were also very respectful of our home, our property, and us. Tony even did a little extra work for us with some of his leftover materials. After the cabinets were complete, Ramon and Cristian arrived on time and placed the quartz counter tops and back splash. They also did great job. Abel completed the project by doing the plumbing and electrical work that needed to be done. Every single person we worked with at Mr. Cabinet Care was easy to deal with, arrived on time, and was very professional and courteous. Everyone kept to the schedule we were given before the project started, and there were no surprise along the way. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. "I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
