"We wanted our backyard to host guests and the rest with a natural touch. Josef helped us come up with a mix of paver patio and turf. The design worked out better than we thought, making the space look bigger. His team handled the grading and laid a proper base under both sections. The turf drains well, and the pavers stay cool even in the heat. Everything is solid, ad we now use that part of the yard every weekend."

"Evolution contracting built our patio cover from the ground up, including the roofing material and shingles. They did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again for my own work."

"Omar did a great job repairing our garage door."

"I hired this company to do some stucco repair and repaint my house. After discussing the work that needed to be done we discussed the cost and various options. All throughout the process they were very above board and didnâ t try to up sell me. The price wasnâ t the cheapest, but the work was first rate so itâ s an example of getting what you pay for. Everyone I worked with was super polite and friendly and the crew assigned to our house did absolutely amazing work! Our house now looks fantastic and we are super happy. I trust this company and will use them again for other projects I have planned."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"
