We received a written estimate the same day, the following day they powered washed the deck. Living in a coastal area the morning scheduled to treat the deck was damp. Platinum came back late in the afternoon to allow the wood to dry. The job was completed on time within budget. After the worksite was clean and the deck was beautiful. "Candido and his crew were fantastic! We hired them to completely makeover our backyard. They had to remove piles of dirt, bushes, old trees, take up the old cement and then lay new sod, lay an entire new concrete patio, and create gorgeous planters for us that surround the entire yard. The entire project was shockingly completed in a week and looked amazing. We have since hired him to put in irrigation systems in our planters and sprinklers in the yard. We also hired him to do front yard clearing work and weeding and that was done in one day. We also recently hired him to take down a closet in a small room to make it bigger, and his crew did that, patched the ceiling, relaid flooring, and then painted the room for us over a week - it turned out amazing!
