"We have a Victorian style home with a very steep, high-pitch roof, so finding a roofer willing to actually get up there and inspect it properly was not easy. Max with Imperia Roofing was the only one who didn?t just look from the ground. He got up on the roof himself, checked everything in detail, and explained exactly what needed to be done. He was great to work with from start to finish, very straightforward and easy to communicate with. The work was performed quickly, stayed on schedule, and the finished roof came out great. If you have a steep roof or a more complicated project like ours, I highly recommend Max and Imperia Roofing. Don?t look elsewhere."

"My roof was leaking around the fireplace and my gutters needed replacing but I was hesitant to hire someone as I didn’t know who was reputable. I noticed my neighbor who had roofers repairing the area around his fireplace and I got his roofers names. His roofer was Jorge Maldonado (415) 424-1274. Jorge does roofs (replacement and repair), deck repairs, siding repairs, fencing repairs and exterior painting. I had him check my roof and he patched up the area around the fireplace, explaining what he was doing each step of the way. He also sealed all the roof vent pipes. I also had him replace my rain gutters and he disposed of the old ones. I was happy when Jorge said that my roof did not need replacement at this time, that it was good for about 5 more years. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job. Jorge explained each step of the way and was clear on the price. The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently together getting the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. After Jorge did my roof, another neighbor had him do partial rain gutter replacement for her home. I was really pleased with the job he did and plan to contact him when my roof needs replacing or my side fences. Recommend him to anyone who wants an excellent worker!"

"GREAT! Really appreciated this company! Another reviewer on Yelp recently spoke to the honesty of this company. I can vouch for the same. Felipe came out today (after we called yesterday, for an estimate), after we discovered them on Angi's list. He spent nearly an hour looking at our upper and lower roof, as we had discovered a water spot on our ground level ceiling. He was very thorough and looked in every place that he thought the roof might possibly admit water, but could not find places where the runoff (from chimney/walls of house) might admit a large enough amount of water that would cause the damage that we were seeing. Instead, he deduced that the evidence seems to be of a plumbing, not roofing issue. He thoroughly checked our roof exterior and told us that he felt the shingles/flashing/nails seemed in good shape for now, and though this type of roof should need replacement soon, he felt it would hold up another 2-3 years. He did not charge us for the estimate, did not try to sell us products we did not need, and could've easily found reason for us to spend money with a roofing company, as another has told us they thought the spotting was a "roof" problem, but I definitely feel confident that their professional opinion reflects honest dealings and when it IS time for us to replace the roof in a couple of years, we will definitely look to this company to work with!"

"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. They take pride in their work, which is a rare thing today. We really appreciate the wonderful customer service and personal touches through phone calls, texting and emails. They are quick to respond, professional and friendly. All the residents were very impressed with the work they did. Because of the fair prices, easy to work with, and always doing a fantastic job we would not hesitate to use them again.
