We received a written estimate the same day, the following day they powered washed the deck. Living in a coastal area the morning scheduled to treat the deck was damp. Platinum came back late in the afternoon to allow the wood to dry. The job was completed on time within budget. After the worksite was clean and the deck was beautiful.
