"????? Reliable, hardworking, and goes the extra mile Domingo with DM North Bay Pool Service has taken care of our pool in Kentfield for over a year and a half, and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most patient, loyal, and motivated service providers I have worked with. He took on our pool when it needed a full startup ? initial deep cleaning, filter work, booster pump installation, and chemistry rebuild ? and got it dialed in quickly. From there, he handled monthly service consistently, communicated well via text, and always made time to talk through what the pool needed. When we had to pause service for several months while the property sat empty, the pool fell into rough shape ? algae bloom, heavy debris, neglected hot tub. Domingo came back without complaint, brought the right equipment, and restored the pool to swim-ready condition. He treated it like his own. That?s the kind of work ethic you don?t find easily. A few things that stand out about"

"I had a very large tree adjacent to the pool. The tree died within one year of pool remodel. The arborists attributed tree loss to the work the Aqua Gunite performed. It is costing me $4000 to have the tree removed."

"The service was great and professional. Fredy and Jimmy (his technician) were thorough in their assessment of my pool's problems. They took care of them (those problems) in an extremely quick time. I would totally recommend their service to all my friends."

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."
