"Pro Tech Appliance is truly a business that wants to have happy customers. Jason showed up on time and spent a lot of time educating me on the different options to fix my wine refrigerator. I ultimately decided that it wouldn't be worth trying to fix, but was blown away at how helpful he was - as compared to my typical experiences where the repair guys just want to get in and out as quickly as possible. I will definitely call Pro Tech again next time I have appliance issues. Class operation. Thanks."

"The tech was friendly, ready for the job and explained everything he was doing. He verified his diagnosis with a colleague. We agreed that a new machine would be a better option. I will be calling on them for any future appliance issues as they do work on any appliances"

"We had them for repairing our appliance. Many many thanks to Roy from Neli Virtual Appliance Repair."

"I would like to express my gratitude to the company for the excellent repair service on my refrigerator! I reached out with a problem, and the technicians quickly identified that the compressor needed to be replaced. I especially appreciated that they offered several replacement options, explaining the pros and cons of each in detail, including price and quality. In the end, we chose the most suitable option, and the work was completed within the agreed time frame. The refrigerator is now working like new! It’s great that the specialists were attentive, polite, and always available. I definitely recommend this company for appliance repair."

"We needed a new heater and decided to also add A/C - went great. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about our options and helped us choose a best fit. We chose a more expensive option because the maintenance and repair on the Carrier solution was the best. The Carrier company who provided the equipment also provided a good financing fit. The installation crew were a great bunch of folks, efficient, friendly and left our job site immaculate."

"Excellent!! Max called me right away, was here within an hour. Replaced the fan at the back of my freezer and saved all my Costco meat I just bought yesterday. He is Quick with his labor, was done in an hour or less. His fee was affordable!! He gave me a neighborly discount, since he lives nearby. He is going into my speed dial, for all appliance repairs!! I couldn’t be happier!!!"

"Goerzen Appliance Repairs diagnosed and repaired my oven quickly. The tech Scott was very personable, knowledgable, and punctual. Worth the money I paid and would definitely recommend."

The Company stayed in contact with me at all times and worked with my schedule. I will be using them for future needs and would highly recommend them to anyone. Great service"
