He had the replacement parts in his truck and once he installed them and replaced the cover, the error codes went away and the refrigerator began cooling. Jason communicated what he was doing as he worked and showed me the new (in the packages) parts he was replacing, as well as my old damaged parts. He was totally professional, as well as being efficient and courteous. His price was reasonable and fair. He didn’t overcharge for the parts (which I confirmed from an online search. His labor rate is higher than others, but since he is skilled at what he does he is quicker at fixing the problem. I would use him again."
