"We are so happy with the service we received from Arie and his crew. We hired Arie to repair and waterproof our existing cantilever deck. We also wanted to add a completely new railing. First and foremost, Arie could not be nicer. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He walked us through the entire process step by step so that we fully understood what the repairs and waterproofing would entail. We originally spoke with Arie in January but ultimately we decided to delay the project because of the pandemic. When we were ready to start the project, we got back in touch with Arie and he was so accommodating. He met every expectation we had. He provided a great price for the entire project and stuck with the original price estimate even though the cost of materials had increased since we received our original estimate. His staff was extremely professional and the deck is absolutely beautiful. They were able to finish their work faster than they anticipated. Before Arie, we rarely used the space because it was in such bad shape and so in need of repair. The new deck has completely transformed our view. They first excavated, installed a compacted gravel base, and added rebar before framing everything out. Drainage slope was included so water doesn't pool, and they ensured utilities could run through conduit before the pour. The slab was finished with a smooth surface since it will later be tiled. Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation.
