"Marco showed up right when he said he would. I had him do some minor plumbing and work on my kitchen door and fix the latch on my screen door. The work was top notch and done quickly. He was very helpful and polite the whole time he was here."

"Hired him to install a window air conditioner. He discovered that the AC would not work on my old window, but he was able to make some alterations to the bracket, and completed the installation. I found him to be talented and pleasant in interaction."

"I own a laundry and needed two new swamp coolers. I called DNA and Andrew came out and from our first meeting was very professional. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions which put me at ease. These guys did a bang up job. They were clean and made short work of removing my old units and installing of the new ones. I would highly recommend DNA for future work."

"I really appreciated that Mario kept me informed of the repair assessment, what was required to address he issues, the steps he needed to take to order parts, and that he arrived when he said he would to install. Can't ask for more than that!"

"Aaron was great! I put in my project yesterday evening & he reached out right away. I spoke to him the morning of my project & he came out to my house as a second opinion, giving me a better price than a competitor; arriving with all the tools/parts he needed on hand. He was very thorough in checking that everything worked properly after installation & is adamant about returning if there are any issues (which we do not foresee). Highly recommend Aaron."

"I had an excellent experience with Progressive Air. The entire team was professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. From the first inspection to the final installation, everything was done with great attention to detail. They explained each step clearly and offered honest recommendations without pressure."

"There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in.. I was told on the phone that I had a circuit to the fridge that I could turn off. He had never seen my outdated box. Finally had it repaired which was quick at that point. Knowledgeable technician though."
