So I asked them to stop by first to inspect and if no problem found provide a written estimate. They did it with a smile. Professional competent polite no sales pitch. I'm not big on sales pitches. After the inspection we moved forward with the work. They were on time cleaned up every scrap of fan packaging and wire clippings and vacuumed the work areas. They took away not only the old fans but the boxes for the new ones came in. They rewired the ceiling fan now it's much better than when originally installed. JK Flores checks all the boxes. "I used them about six months a go. I think he charged me about $800 in fact he is way under what everybody estimated. These people are awesome. They are honest and everything. "Kieth got back to me right away and we discussed price to install retro-fit units in the existing cans.  It was in line with other bids, lower than most, and his schedule allowed for the work to be done the same week.  After giving the job some thought, Kieth got back to me and suggested replacing the cans as well, feeling it would be a better option.  It added about $300, but his cost was still very reasonable compared to the other companies.  I appreciated that Kieth wanted to do the job the right way, not the easy way.  His crew were prompt and very professional, cleaning up as they went along.  I would recommend this company to anyone interested in a reasonably price professional job.
