"My college aged daughter & son tried to get a spare key made for their car at a local hardware store in Carpinteria. When they went to try the key it got stuck in the ignition. They could not start the car and could not get the key out. The hardware store said there was nothing they could do.
My daughter was now late for class and in tears and my son called me in NY for advice. Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"
