The provider did the work promptly and to my satisfaction and previously I had thought of giving them a B, but since then things have changed. They offered a 10% discount for Angie's list members and refused to honor that. It's not just that they refused to honor a coupon which they chose to have placed in Angie's List, it's the whole way they handled the matter since then. Now, 10% is only $14 which is not a big deal, but their attitude about it was completely unprofessional. First of all, why offer a coupon if you are not going to honor it? At first they gave me some ridiculous reason that I had to print it out and couldn't just show it on my phone and I didn't have a printer where I was. Angie's list was kind enough to try to intervene and the representative later told me that the owner had been very rude to the Angie's list people. This is beyond strange - to alienate users of Angies List for $14! If not for this I would have recommended them but any business that goes off on their customers, and account representatives who provide advertising are not to be trusted. I don't really care about the $14, rather what I care about is that a business honors its commitments, whether to Angie's List or it's members ( who are potential clients), and speak respectfully and professionally with clients.

They were very thorough and knowledgable about locks. We did not have to purchase new locks. They only needed cleaning and lubrication. They gave us some good suggestions for maintaining the locks. We used them to service our locks at the business and house.

We lost one of our housekeys so we needed to have the house re-keyed. Called Monday morning and received same day service. The technician was friendly and helpful. A great experience overall!

Had a part to rebuild existing lock that I couldn't find elsewhere; rebuilt lock and re-keyed the lock. Very professional and quick service.
I will definitely use Tri-County Locksmith for future lock needs.

My son broke his key off in the front door lock. It was after dark on a
Sunday evening. Tri-County Locksmiths was at my door in a very timely
manner and, not only got the lock working again, also fixed a separate
problem that I had with the lock itself. I would definitely call them
again!

When I bought my house I needed to change the locks. The locksmith showed up on time, and he completed the work with no mess or disruption. I had purchased the wrong lock set prior to his arrival, so he explained the problem to me and gave me an exact description of what to buy instead. He came back and, again, was very professional. At a time when I was having major issues with some of the house repairs, it was a pleasure doing business with the representatives of Tri-County Locksmiths.

Locksmith arrived on schedule and was very friendly and accommodating. We initially needed a door opened to a room that had the key locked inside. Not only did they open the locked door to retrieve the key but they repaired the lock because it was sticking. In addition for a small extra fee (their is a base fee for coming to your home) they installed a second door knob we had purchased to replace a poorly functioning fixture on our entry door.
