"I was referred to Juan Ramirez by my aunt and have been very satisfied with the work he’s done small and large. Juan has been honest and upfront about costs and comes very close to the estimates he gives. He shows up when he commits and communicates promptly if there’s going to be delays and for how long. Juan has a good eye for detail and creative problem solving. We absolutely love the new roof he put up for us and the clean up afterwards was a big plus. He’s done work on our cottage and has mended fences and other various contract work. He’s quite versatile and has also been a resource for reliable and affordable leads on work he doesn’t do. Not too mention very sweet and patient with my toddler who wants to “help”! Honestly Juan and his partner Jose have been a godsend and we plan on using them for any construction and maintenance work going forward."

"Sage construction reached out to me in a timely manner and were very professional from start to finish. I plan on using them in future for more renovations I need done around the house and property."

"We had a kitchen remodeling project redone by replacing all the old cabinets in the same cabinet shapes, adding few new cabinets after expanding the kitchen space and adding a window where the stove is, new marble countertops, designed backsplash, under cabinet sink and faucet and few other items including the high efficiency appliances. Everyone that we came across during the work was: a. extremely professional b. knowledgeable about their area of expertise c. on time d. cheerful e. positive attitudes f. helpful when questions arose g. Efficient. This included the designer, manager, Charlie the project manager, installers and sub-contractors. During the remodeling Charlie took a great care about this project and he made sure to keep the rest of the house as clean as possible. All the people that worked at the house on a daily basis, left the work area neat and clean after each day's efforts. It was refreshing to work with this company because they gave us the best respect and attention while listening to all of our comments and questions. In regards to the documents and contract, the office made sure that we will understand each aspect from it even though it was easy to read and understand. We as clients definitely feel that we got what we paid for. We would highly recommend them to anyone."

"Perfect experience. Very knowledgeable. Miscellaneous repairs were done first and I was very pleased. As a result, I had them design and build a beautiful pergola for my back patio. Highly recommended for both small and larger jobs."

"Mr. Ryan contacted me personally. I was able to send pictures of the damage to help get the process started. Show up on time, and got to work. He and he team walked me through the process and costs associated with the procedure. John, his plumber was beyond professional, polite and courteous. The work looked great every step of the way. He even took out the trash. We need more businesses operating at this level of service. Thank you Ron and John. Shawn"
