"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Sanchez Painting

What a difference 5 days and 25 gallons of paint makes!

I found Sanchez Painting online via Angies list. I sent a request for bid and within several hours I received a call from Jay. 

We scheduled time the very next day and he was right on time. A refreshing professional person that spoke with complete knowledge of the process including timelines and specialized paint colors. He made sure he walked the property and took pictures. He instantly made us feel comfortable.

After his visit I had his written bid that evening via email. We chatted on email/text and agreement was made for a crew to come out two days later.  The agreement spike to all areas we discussed during his visit.

Bright and early the morning work was to start, owner Mr. Sanchez showed up to walk us through the job, making sure he and I fully understood expectations. Then his crew arrived and they started work cleaning, scraping and prepping a barn and workshop. The following day they arrived at 7:30 to lightening, thunder and two full days of rain. we had to stop work out of safety. We discussed it and agreed. Again both sides in agreement before moving forward.

After the storm went through, they returned and within two days created magic. Our property never looked better. 

Mr. Sanchez and his adult sons are true professionals. The teams they bring in to work are knowledgeable, tidy, quiet and work very hard. Even with my dogs that laid next to the workshop and were covered in paint, our fault not theirs. But they told me immediately.

I would highly recommend this organization and team to anyone, for any size job. They  get 5 gold stars from Rick and Lynn. "It went well. I think they were a little on the higher end. It was a little bit on the expensive side but I needed to get it done so I agreed to it. I don't know at this point on the quality because it hasn't rained yet but so far it's an A. I would use them again depending on the price."
